1. Who we are

day1playbook.com ("day1playbook", "we") is run by:

2. Who sells to you

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, charges and pays any VAT or sales tax, issues your receipt and handles payment-related questions. Its buyer terms apply to the payment. These terms cover the products themselves and your use of this website.

3. What you get

Our products are digital: Notion workspaces you duplicate into your own account, PDF guides, templates and instructions for setting up Claude ("Playbooks"), and one-day guided Claude workflows ("Skills"). Each product page describes what is included. You get access straight after payment by email.

To use the Claude parts you need your own Claude account (a free or paid plan by Anthropic). To use the workspaces you need a Notion account. These services are not part of our products, are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not affiliated with Anthropic or Notion.

4. Your licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own work, including at your job. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the product or its contents, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing product. A company buying for several people needs one licence per person; write to us for team pricing.

5. Updates

Playbooks include 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. You keep the version you have after that.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Because you get digital content immediately, at checkout you ask us to start delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Our voluntary guarantee is described in the Refund Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

7. Not professional advice

The products give structured guidance and examples. They are not legal, HR, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and they do not replace your employer's policies or your own judgement. Results depend on your situation and how you use the material. Output produced by AI tools may be wrong: check it before you rely on it.

8. Liability

We provide the products with reasonable care and as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

9. Complaints and disputes

Write to support@day1playbook.com and we will reply within 5 business days. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you can use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).

10. Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
