2. What we collect and why
Purchases. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. Lemon Squeezy is an independent controller for the payment and tax data; see its privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought, to deliver the product, give support and keep business records. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legal obligations.
Emails. We send you the access email and a few onboarding emails about the product you bought. You can unsubscribe from anything that is not strictly needed for delivery at any time. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in helping you use what you bought.
Support. If you write to us, we use your message and email to answer. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Analytics and ads, only with your consent. If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to see which pages and ads work. These tools set cookies and send data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location to Google and Meta. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw any time via "Cookies" in the footer.
3. Cookies and local storage
d1p_consent(your browser's local storage): remembers your cookie choice. Necessary.d1p_v(cookie, 90 days): keeps showing you the same version of a page while we test page designs. Contains only a letter; no personal data.- Google Analytics (
_ga*) and Meta (_fbp) cookies: only after you accept.
4. Who processes data for us
Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Cloudflare Inc. (domain and DNS), Lemon Squeezy (payments, as independent controller), our email service provider, Google and Meta (only with consent). Some of them are based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
Purchase records: as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years). Support emails: up to 3 years. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing, restrict it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@day1playbook.com. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
