Refund Policy

Our products are digital and you get access straight away. That is why, at checkout, you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you have access. This is allowed by EU consumer law for digital content.

Our guarantee

We still want you to get what you paid for. If a product does not work as described (for example, the Notion workspace will not duplicate, or the Claude setup does not work) and we cannot fix it, email support@day1playbook.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund, your licence to use the product ends.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.
